500 g of strength flour
100 g of sugar
200 ml of warm milk
100 g butter at room temperature
3 egg yolks
10 g of fresh yeast
200g of candied fruits (orange, lemon, cherries)
100 g of raisins
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
Scratch of 1 Orange
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of orange juice (as a substitute for rum or liqueur)
